
Türkmennebit: Leading the Growth in the Oil Industry in the Orient

The State Concern “Türkmennebit” is making significant strides in the development of Turkmenistan’s oil sector, as reported by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Amanov. During the January-March 2025 period, the concern exceeded its oil production plan, achieving a remarkable 107.1 percent. This success highlights the efficiency of operations and the use of modern technologies to boost productivity.
In addition to surpassing the oil production target, “Türkmennebit” also excelled in oil refining, meeting 107.1 percent of the plan. Gasoline production reached 102 percent, diesel fuel at 100.8 percent, polypropylene at 100.1 percent, and lubricating oils at 100.4 percent of the planned volume.
The State Concern “Türkmennebit” plays a crucial role in Turkmenistan’s fuel and energy sector by ensuring stable hydrocarbon extraction and enhancing the country’s export potential through refining infrastructure development.
The Turkmenbashy Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) is identified as a key facility driving industry growth. The enterprise is actively pursuing deep oil processing and expanding its product range with the adoption of modern technological solutions to enhance fuel and polymer quality for both domestic and international markets.
The reported success of “Türkmennebit” and the contributions of “Goturdepenebit” signify a positive trend in Turkmenistan’s oil production landscape, positioning the country as a key player in the global energy market.
