TÜSİAD and YİK Presidents Released on Judicial Control – Breaking News
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office has opened an investigation into TÜSİAD Chairman Turan and YİK Chairman Aras for allegedly suggesting and guiding an ongoing investigation. This comes after their speeches at the association’s general assembly on February 13 raised concerns of attempting to influence the fair trial and publicly spreading misleading information.
Following completion of their statements at the Criminal Court of Peace, a judge has ruled to release both suspects with a ban on going abroad.

Both individuals have been instructed to provide statements at the Istanbul Police Department Security Branch.
