Viral Hepatitis B Diagnosis and Treatment Training Conducted in Turkmenistan Orient
The Country Office of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Turkmenistan recently organized a training course focused on the diagnosis and treatment of viral hepatitis B. The course, which was conducted in accordance with WHO recommendations and the national protocol, aimed to enhance the skills of medical professionals in Turkmenistan.
The training course took place via videoconference and brought together specialists from both Ashgabat and various regions of the country. The session was led by Professor Alexander Nersesov, a consultant from the WHO Regional Office for Europe (WHO/Europe), who shared advanced methods for the diagnosis and treatment of viral hepatitis B.
The goal of the training was to equip healthcare professionals in Turkmenistan with the latest knowledge and techniques to effectively diagnose and treat viral hepatitis B. This initiative will contribute to improving healthcare services and outcomes for patients with this condition in the country.
