Western Bishkek to Experience Water Outage on October 15
Residents in the western part of Bishkek will face a temporary water outage on October 15, as announced by the City Hall’s press service. The interruption is necessary due to repair works at the Zapadny water intake and city water supply networks.
From 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., water supply will be suspended in the specified area bordered by Alykulov and Kustanaiskaya Streets, Big Chui Canal, Ala-Archa River, Ryskulov (Deng Xiaoping Avenue), Intergelpo Streets, the railway line, as well as Yubileynaya (Prigorodnoye village), Gorky, Sadovaya Streets, and Big Chui Canal. Voenniy Gorodok, Kyzyl-Asker, 110th Kvartal, and Dostuk residential areas will also experience the water outage.
In preparation for this interruption, Bishkekvodokanal urges organizations and residents to stock up on drinking water ahead of time. It is essential to make necessary arrangements to ensure there is sufficient water supply during this period.
