Jalal-Abad to Host World Billiards Championship in April
The World Billiards Championship is set to take place in Jalal-Abad in April, according to the Russian Billiard Sports Federation.
From April 21 to April 27, competitors in the Combined Pyramid discipline will vie for the title. Both men and women will participate in the tournament, which boasts a prize fund of 4,500 million soms. The top male competitor will walk away with 1 million soms, while the top female competitor will receive 500,000 soms.
Leading the proceedings as the chief judge will be Vladimir Alfirenko.
