
Applications for Cinevision International Film Festival are now closed.

Over 200 Films Apply for Cinevision International Film Festival
The Cinevision International Film Festival, organized by the Cyprus Turkish Cinema and Television Association, has received a total of 210 film applications this year in the short film and documentary category. The announcement was made by the Cyprus Turkish Cinema and Television Association, who confirmed that the application period had ended.
The majority of submissions came from Spain, along with other countries including India, France, Germany, and the United States. The winners of the 5th Sinevziyon Film Festival in the short film and documentary category will receive the prestigious “Kubilay Cicibaba” awards during the event. The awards ceremony will take place in Antalya, organized by the Cyprus Turkish Cultural Association Antalya Branch.
Furthermore, the television awards will be distributed during the Film Festival event in October. This year’s competition jury members are a group of diverse individuals from Spain, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Iran, Turkey, and The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
In addition to being a celebration of cinematic excellence, this year’s filmmakers have also contributed to a worthwhile cause. All of the income generated through the Cinevision applications is being donated to the Golden Paws Association, according to a cooperation agreement signed in November 2022.
