Comedian Ata Demirer Returns to Stage After 3-Year Hiatus with New Show
After a 3-year hiatus, popular Turkish comedian Ata Demirer is making a comeback to the stage with his new show. Known for his unique blend of humor and musical talent, Demirer will be showcasing a wide repertoire of stand-up comedy and music, ranging from Turkish classical music to opera, folk songs to pop music, from tavern to arabesque.
The show will feature Demirer accompanied by an orchestra under the direction of musician Taşkın Sabah, adding a new dimension to his performance. This marks a significant departure from his previous stand-up shows, “One Man Giant Squad 1” and “One Man Giant Squad 2”, which he had been performing for nearly 16 years.
The first event of “Ata Demirer Casino” will take place on February 16 at the Zorlu Performing Arts Center (PSM). Following this, Demirer will be performing at Zorlu PSM on 22 February and 15 March, at Bostancı Performance Center on 20 March, at Zorlu PSM on 1 April, and at Ankara Congresium on 22 and 23 March.
Fans are eagerly anticipating Ata Demirer’s return to the stage, and with the promise of a fresh and entertaining show, it looks like this will be an event not to be missed.
