Concert Commemorating Mozart’s 268th Birth Anniversary at BRTK
Myrrha Trio to Organize Concert in Celebration of Mozart’s 268th Birthday
The Myrrha Trio, composed of members of the TRNC Deputy Prime Ministry, the State Opera and Ballet Coordination Center (KKTCDOB) of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment, and the Presidential Symphony Orchestra, will be organizing a concert to celebrate the 268th anniversary of Mozart’s birth.
Scheduled to take place on Saturday, January 27, at the Nicosia-Arabahmet Culture House, the concert will feature a performance of Mozart’s works by the Myrrha Trio, consisting of Miray Çakır (Violin), Sinem Sadrazam (Viola), Püren Eda Gözer (Cello), Soprano Sermin Dikmen Töre, and Cansu Özcezarlı (Violin). The concert will include Mozart’s Divertimento No.1 KV439b and Motet “Exultate, Jubilate” K.165.
Prior to the concert, there will be a short conversation titled “A Conversation on Mozart.” The talk is set to begin at 19:30, followed by the concert at 20:00. Both events will be free and open to the public, with limited audience capacity.
