Two Men Transporting Drugs Detained in Kyrgyzstan

In Bobui village, Nooken district, two men were detained for transporting drugs, as reported by the press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS).

The SCNS stated that they had successfully suppressed the activities of a stable trans-border criminal group that was involved in transporting drugs from Tajikistan into Uzbekistan through Kyrgyzstan. The detainees were caught trying to transport 2.4 kilograms of Afghan charas to the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Security officers are currently conducting investigative measures to identify any other individuals involved in this crime.

It is crucial for law enforcement agencies to continue their efforts in cracking down on drug trafficking to ensure the safety and security of the region.
