Exciting Youth Activities to Take Place in Famagusta Region
The Youth Department of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment of the Deputy Prime Ministry and Famagusta Development Center MAGEM MARAŞ are set to host a series of engaging and educational activities for young people in the Famagusta region.
The Youth Department Director Hakan Özsaygın has announced that a number of events will be taking place in the upcoming weeks. The “Emotions are my friends” event, aimed at ages 12-18 and conducted by Clinical Psychologist Zeynep Doğan, will be held on February 6, 2024 at 17.00. Additionally, the event titled “Communicating with our children aged 12-18” will also take place on February 6, 2024 at 17.00 and will continue weekly.
Furthermore, the “Fun Mathematics Workshop” event will be conducted by Arzu Gezer on February 3, 2024. The workshop is divided into two sessions, one for the 8-11 age group at 14.00 and another for the 12-14 age group at 15.15 and will continue weekly.
In addition to these events, Bachata and Salsa courses for young people will be offered, starting on February 7, 2024, with Muharrem Karaşahin. Youth ages 12-18 are welcome to participate in these dance sessions.
All the events will be held at the MAGEM, Maraş center, and Özsaygın expressed his gratitude to all stakeholders, particularly the Famagusta Municipality, for their support. He also wished success to all young people who will participate in the courses.
These events are an excellent opportunity for young people in the Famagusta region to engage in educational and recreational activities and develop new skills. With a diverse range of events on offer, there is something for everyone to enjoy and benefit from.
