Health Minister Koca Announces Opening of Contracted Positions for Physicians – Latest News from Turkey
Contracted positions for subspecialist physicians in all provinces except Ankara and Istanbul will be available following the approval of the legal regulation that increases the additional payment ceiling for specialists in this field.
The Minister of Health, Fahrettin Koca, made the announcement on his social media account, stating that the law, known as Law No. 4924, will be applicable to subspecialist physicians across the country, excluding the provinces of Ankara and Istanbul. This new development comes after the recent approval of the legal regulation in Parliament.
“I am pleased to announce that contracted positions subject to Law No. 4924 will be opened for subspecialist physicians in all provinces except Ankara and Istanbul,” Minister Koca said in his statement. He ended his message by wishing good luck to all those who will be applying for these positions.
