Israeli Army Approves Attack Plan on Gaza’s Rafah, Locals Fear for Safety

The World Health Organization (WHO) has also expressed concern over the evacuation plans in Rafah, warning that it could have serious repercussions for the 1.4 million people who have nowhere else to go and have limited access to health care.
Preparations for an attack on Rafah have continued, with the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office instructing the army and security organization to prepare a plan to displace the approximately 1.5 million Palestinians seeking refuge in the south of the Gaza Strip.
