KazanForum 2025 to Host International Property Market Exhibition
From May 14 to 16, 2025, Kazan will once again become a pivotal hub for the real estate industry as it hosts the International Property Market (IPM) during the KazanForum 2025 business program. This event serves as one of Russia’s premier professional platforms, fostering direct dialogue among business leaders, experts, and government officials.
The KazanForum press center has announced that 28 developers and real estate firms from various countries, including Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, the UAE, and beyond, have confirmed their participation. Notably, developers from Turkey, the UAE, Malaysia, and the MENA region will showcase a mix of established projects and innovative developments making their debut at IPM. Key discussions will center around economic efficiency, investment strategies, sustainability, international partnerships, and the role of digitalization in real estate.
In addition to the exhibition, the International Islamic Symposium on Architectural Environment, known as IBEIS 2025, will take place concurrently. This captivating symposium will bring together architects, urban planners, researchers, and representatives from both state and religious institutions. Key themes include the influence of Islamic values on sustainable urban development, inclusive design practices, the importance of cultural identity, and environmental considerations in construction.
The multidisciplinary International Economic Forum, "Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum," continues to attract notable figures from the construction sector, creating opportunities for new collaborations and discussions around innovative solutions in the field. Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Marat Khusnullin, highlighted that exhibitions like the IPM play a crucial role in advancing the industry by facilitating experience sharing and building new business networks. Delegations and speakers from countries including the UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Turkey, India, Malaysia, and various nations across Central Asia and Africa have confirmed their attendance at IPM 2025.
