Kyrenia Municipality Hosts Christmas Bazaar Event
The Kyrenia Municipality recently hosted a festive Christmas Bazaar event on December 16-17, bringing together locals and foreigners alike. The event, which took place at Ramazan Cemil Square, featured a variety of activities and entertainment for attendees of all ages.
The event kicked off on Saturday with the opening of stands at 11:00 am, followed by the lively ‘Kyrenia Tango Kyrenia’ dance show at 1:00 pm. Attendees also had the opportunity to meet Santa Claus and receive gifts at 2:00 pm, and enjoyed a performance by the Niyal Öztürk Trio at 3:00 pm.
On Sunday, the festivities continued with the ‘Girne Municipality Spring Fairy Dance Academy’ dance show and more gift distribution at 11:00 am. Throughout the event, visitors had access to food, beverage, and souvenir stands, as well as activities such as balloon distribution and face painting for children.
The Christmas Bazaar event will continue on December 23 and 24, providing another opportunity for the community to come together for holiday fun and celebration. Overall, the event was a great success and left attendees looking forward to future festive gatherings organized by the Kyrenia Municipality.
