LTB Summer Courses Registration Now Open
Nicosia Turkish Municipality (LTB) is offering summer courses for children and youth in the capital city, providing them with an enjoyable and educational way to spend their summer holidays.
From June 12 to June 23, registration for these courses, aimed at individuals aged 6-17, will take place at the Solidarity and Education Center (Old NTM Building). For more information about the courses, interested individuals can contact 0548 853 0582.
The courses being offered include Kids Yoga for children aged 6-9, conducted by Esra Ayalp Cabacaba, taking place every Wednesday from 09:00-10:00 in Central Nicosia. Another course, the Creative Workshop for those aged 16 and above, led by Ayhatun Ateşin, will be conducted every Saturday from 14:30-16:00 at the Alashia Art Workshop.
Additionally, there is an Improvisation & Drama Workshop for individuals aged 14-17, facilitated by Fulya Adalıer Canbolat, happening every Monday from 11:30-12:30 in Central Nicosia. Chess lessons for children aged 6-9 will be offered by Polen Ermetal every Tuesday from 10:00-11:00 in Central Nicosia.
Ayhatun Ateşin will also conduct the First Step to Art class for individuals aged 7-14, taking place every Tuesday from 10:00-11:00 at the Alashia Art Workshop. Nedret Alkım will lead the Attention Development Workshop – Intelligence Games for children aged 6-9, which will be held every Wednesday from 10:00-11:00 in Central Nicosia.
Fulya Adalıer Canbolat is offering the 6 Books and Creating Your Own Story Workshop for those aged 9-11, taking place every Monday from 10:00-11:00 in Central Nicosia. Lastly, a Hip Hop Modern Dance course for ages 5-8 to 9-13 will be held every Friday between 11:00-12:00 and 12:30-13:30, conducted by Bekir Şimsek in Central Nicosia.
These summer courses organized by LTB aim to provide children and youth with a range of options to engage in various activities, learn new skills, and have fun during their summer break.
