MBANK Appoints Maksatbek Ishenbaev as Chairman of the Board
Bishkek – 16:45, 16 January 2025 – MBANK has announced the appointment of Maksatbek Ishenbaev as the new Chairman of the Board. With over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, including managing banks, insurance, and leasing companies, Ishenbaev brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role at the financial institution.
Prior to his appointment as Chairman, Ishenbaev served as the head of the Board of Directors at MBANK. Following his transition, Baktybek Tumonbaev has taken over as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, with Asel Kyrgyzbaeva assuming the role of his deputy. Additionally, Azizbek Omorkulov has been elected as an independent member of the Board of Directors for a four-year term.
