Personnel Investigated for Not Wearing Atatürk’s Photograph on Collars

The decision of ‘Separation from the Armed Forces’ has been made by the High Disciplinary Board of the Land Forces regarding the personnel in question, in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the Turkish Armed Forces Disciplinary Law and the Turkish Armed Forces High Disciplinary Boards Regulation and other relevant legislation.

Furthermore, it was stated that other processes will be processed according to the documents and information obtained from the judicial process regarding the incident. The Turkish Armed Forces prioritize the preservation of established discipline, and any person, event, or situation that contradicts discipline and disrupts the military hierarchy will not be tolerated in the slightest.
