New Head of Toguz-Toro District Appointed
On June 17, 2023, the President of Kyrgyzstan signed a decree appointing Manas Murataliev as the head of the state administration and head of the Toguz-Toro district in the Jalal-Abad region.
Prior to this appointment, Murataliev served as an adviser and then as deputy head of the Bishkek Free Economic Zone.
