Northern Cyprus Sail and Sea Fest kicks off – BRTK
The Second Northern Cyprus Sailing and Maritime Festival is underway in Kyrenia from June 24-30 this year. Organized by Kyrenia Marina and Akdeniz Sailing Club, the festival kicked off with ILCA-4 and Optimist class sailing races.
Athletes from sailing clubs across the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus have come together to participate in the exciting ILCA-4 and Optimist races. The event has garnered significant attention from sailing enthusiasts.
In addition to the sailing races, the Northern Cyprus Turkcell Monohull Sailing Race and Halil Falyalı Fishing Tournament will also be part of the festival. These events aim to promote maritime sports and showcase the beauty of the region.
The festival will conclude with a grand “Hello Summer Party and Award Ceremony” on June 30, where winners of the various competitions will be honored. Don’t miss out on this thrilling celebration of sailing and maritime culture in Northern Cyprus!
