According to their statement, Vallomov, along with his acquaintances, intentionally violated public order at the ‘Verona’ club, causing a disturbance and disrespecting societal norms. When the club operator tried to restore order, a fight broke out, and Vallomov and his group assaulted him, causing bodily harm. They also physically assaulted others who were trying to intervene in the situation.

Criminal cases have been initiated against Otabek Vallomov and his five accomplices under articles related to deliberately inflicting severe bodily harm and committing hooliganism. Vallomov has been arrested, and investigations are ongoing. The Internal Affairs Department has urged any victims of Vallomov and his group to come forward and report their experiences.

Earlier reports stated that Vallomov and his accomplices had caused a disturbance at the computer game club, with Vallomov threatening to buy the club if necessary and acting in a threatening manner.
