Youth Robotics Competition Held at International University of Oil and Gas in Turkmenistan
On April 19, 2025, the International University of Oil and Gas named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev hosted youth robotics competitions in Turkmenistan. Organized by the Ministry of Education, the tournament was a platform for young participants to showcase their skills in working with computer technologies, enhancing logical thinking, and nurturing creativity.
Fifty-two teams from schools, secondary schools, educational centers, and higher education institutions across the country participated in the competition. The challenge for the robots was to follow a “black line” set for them.
After intense rounds of competition, three teams were recognized as the winners for their exceptional performance.
These competitions serve as a valuable opportunity for young individuals to explore and excel in the field of robotics, paving the way for future innovations and technological advancements in Turkmenistan.
