Saimaluu-Tash Park Land Lease Auction
An auction has been announced for the lease of land plots in Saimaluu-Tash park, located in the Toguz-Toro district of Jalal-Abad region in Kyrgyzstan. The auction includes arable and pasture land plots situated in the Kok-Art area, which will be leased on a temporary basis.
A total of six plots with an area of over 6 hectares are up for auction, including Quarter 16 (0.5 hectares), Quarter 17 (1.5 hectares), Quarter 12 (0.8 hectares), Quarter 13 (1 hectare), Quarter 14 (1.5 hectares), and Quarter 21 (0.8 hectares).
Interested parties can submit their applications until May 14, 2025, at the following address: 113, Zheenaliev Street, Kazarman village.
It was also reported that 2 million soms have been allocated for the development of infrastructure in Saimaluu-Tash National Nature Park, highlighting the government’s commitment to supporting the preservation and sustainable management of this natural area.
