Seçil Erzan’s Chants Anger Arda Turan: Receives Red Card
The Bodrumspor-Eyüpspor match in the TFF 1st League turned into chaos as tensions escalated on the field and in the stands. The incident started when the coach of Bodrumspor, İsmet Taşdemir, received a red card, sparking confusion and anger.
One of the main points of contention was the chants coming from Bodrumspor fans directed at Eyüpspor Coach Arda Turan. Turan, who had lost a staggering 7.5 million dollars to a pyramid scheme run by Seçil Erzan, couldn’t contain his anger and engaged in a heated argument with the fans. As a result, Turan also received a red card during the match.
The situation further deteriorated when Eyüpspor player Uğur Demirok was injured in the face by an object thrown by the fans. Uğur had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance due to the tear in his eye. Both team captains and coaches were ultimately expelled from the game, with Caner Erkin from Eyüpspor and Kenan Özer from Bodrumspor being sent off the field as well.
Despite the chaos and disruptions, Eyüpspor emerged victorious with a 1-0 win over Bodrumspor, securing their 4th consecutive victory and maintaining their leadership position in the league.
