“Selections from Turkish Works” Concert – BRTK
Selections from Turkish Works Concert to be Held in Northern Cyprus
The State Opera and Ballet Coordination Center (KKTCDOB) and Nicosia Yunus Emre Institute are set to host the “Selections from Turkish Works” concert in Northern Cyprus. The event will take place at the Kalkanlı METU Northern Cyprus Campus Cultural Center on Thursday at 20:00.
The concert will feature selected works by composers who have artfully combined familiar melodies and poems with heartfelt stories through polyphonic music. Among the artists taking the stage are Mezzo-Soprano Ezgi Karakaya and Tenor Barış Yanç from KKTCDOB, as well as pianist Esra Poyrazoğlu Alpan, Soprano Sermin Dikmen Töre, and Baritone Tuğrul Enver Töre from TCDOBGM/ANKARADOB.
