Pakistan Prime Minister Congratulates President Erdogan on Reelection
Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif congratulated President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his re-election at the “Initiation Ceremony” in Turkey. The Prime Minister conveyed his well-wishes on behalf of the government and people of Pakistan, and praised Erdogan’s visionary leadership. Sharif acknowledged Turkey’s tremendous success over the past two decades, pointing to the country’s achievements in all areas. As Turkey celebrates the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Turkey, Sharif expressed confidence in Erdogan’s leadership and his commitment to progress and prosperity. The Prime Minister thanked Erdogan for his efforts to promote regional peace and his commitment to diplomacy and dialogue. In closing, Sharif reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening its ties with Turkey and invited Erdogan to the 7th Meeting of the High Level Strategic Cooperation Council in Islamabad.
