The U.S. Embassy in Tajikistan is pleased to announce an open competition for the 2025-2026 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program. The application deadline for this prestigious program is June 17, 2024.
The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program offers accomplished Tajik mid-career professionals in leadership positions the opportunity for ten months of non-degree academic study, leadership development, and professional enrichment in the United States. Fellows are selected based on their dedication to public service and their potential for professional advancement.
The program covers a wide range of professional fields, including Economic Development, Finance & Banking, Public Policy Analysis, Technology Policy, Law and Human Rights, Urban and Regional Planning, and more.
Applicants must have a university degree, a minimum of five years of professional experience, demonstrated leadership qualities, a record of public service, strong English skills, limited or no prior experience in the U.S., and must be citizens of Tajikistan residing in the country at the time of application.
