Preparations Complete for Turkish Pilgrim Candidates in Arafat
The Presidency of Religious Affairs has announced that it has completed all necessary preparations for the Turkish pilgrim candidates who will be in Arafat. The aim is to ensure that the pilgrims can comfortably perform their prayers during this important religious event.
The Presidency of Religious Affairs oversees various teams, including health and guidance, who work tirelessly to make sure that the pilgrims do not face any difficulties. These teams will continue to provide their services in Arafat as well.
Transportation is a crucial aspect of the preparations for Arafat. The Presidency will arrange buses to transfer the pilgrim candidates from their hotels to the specially prepared tents in Arafat. To avoid any problems, it has been planned that the buses will make approximately three tours.
In addition to transportation, efforts have been made to address other requirements of the pilgrim candidates. High tents equipped with industrial air conditioners have been set up to combat the heat-related health issues that could arise due to the current weather conditions. The provision of food and water has also been taken into consideration.
The guidance teams have been actively informing the pilgrim candidates about various aspects of their stay in the holy lands. They have been briefed on matters related to eating, drinking, waste management, and environmental cleanliness. To ensure cleanliness in Arafat, garbage bins have been strategically placed near the tents.
Health services provided by the Directorate of Religious Affairs hospitals in Mecca and Medina will be extended to Arafat as well. A field hospital has been established in the Arafat region to cater to the needs of the pilgrim candidates and other pilgrims.
A guidance program will be conducted by the guidance teams for the pilgrim candidates spending the night in Arafat. This program will include prayers, worship, Quran recitations, and hymns, and will be transmitted to the tents through a central sound system.
The prayer for the foundation will be led by Ali Erbaş, the President of Religious Affairs, during the noon and afternoon prayers on the eve of the eve. This prayer will be broadcasted live from Turkey.
Once the foundation prayer is completed, the pilgrim candidates will move to the Muzdalifah region to perform the evening and night prayers. After the Muzdalifah foundation, they will proceed to the Jamarat region to perform the symbolic stoning of the devil. Finally, they will visit the Masjid al-Haram to fulfill their duty of circumambulation and sa’y, shave their heads, and officially end their ihram.
