Uzbek and Tajik migrants deported from Kazakhstan for illegal entry
Employers who involved foreign citizens in illegal labor activities were held accountable during a recent raid conducted by the Ulytau regional police department in Kazakhstan. A total of 16 foreign citizens were identified for engaging in illegal labor activities in the region, with seven being citizens of Uzbekistan and nine citizens of Tajikistan.
These individuals were found working in the city of Satpayev without the necessary permission and documentation. It is important to note that employers who facilitate illegal labor practices with foreign citizens are also subject to legal consequences.
As a result of the raid, all foreign violators were forcibly expelled from Kazakhstan. This serves as a reminder that strict enforcement measures are in place to address illegal labor activities and protect the rights of both local and foreign workers.
