However, due to the time that has passed since the tragedy, we understand the challenges in recovering the bodies of the victims to give back to their families. Our colleagues have been tirelessly searching the river every day since the accident occurred.”

The boat accident near Verőce, which occurred on Saturday night, involved a motorboat colliding with a cruise ship. The incident resulted in the survival of one person, with the bodies of a 39-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman already recovered.
