Soundproof Room Horror: Metin Şenay Faces 331 Years in Prison for Sexual Abuse

According to the indictment, the defendant, Metin Şenay, operated a water shop in Bağcılar and had been serving the district for many years. The investigation began on May 24, 2023, when a victim, M.Y., went missing after leaving school. His family reported the situation to the police, triggering a thorough search.
Police discovered from camera footage that the victim had entered a minibus after leaving school. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that the minibus belonged to a business called Metin Su, known for delivering water to the victim’s home in the past.
After the victim’s family identified the driver as Metin Şenay, authorities conducted a stakeout at his workplace. When the defendant left his workplace around 3:00 AM displaying suspicious behavior, law enforcement intervened. Metin Şenay attempted to flee but was apprehended by the police.
