The Parliament Football Team Takes on the National Team in Exhibition Match – BRTK

This special event took place on March 8, International Working Women’s Day, where both male and female members of parliament and national team players came together to open a banner that read “Everything in the world is the work of women” before taking a commemorative photo.

The pre-match ceremony, held at Nicosia Atatürk Stadium, saw the presentation of plaques to female football players and referees in recognition of their contributions to the sport.

During the exhibition match, female MPs including Fazilet Özdenefe, Ayşegül Baybars, Fide Kürşat, Jale Refik Rogers, and Şifa Çolakoğlu, as well as some male MPs, participated in the game.
