
Unexpected Reunion: Their Paths Cross at the Ministry after 22 Years

The paths of Tamer Karadağlı and Birol Güven, who previously worked together in the popular series “Child Duymasın”, have crossed once again after many years. This time, their paths crossed in a different setting, the ministry. Tamer Karadağlı, known for his role as Haluk in the series, was appointed as the General Director of the State Theaters last year. Just recently, Birol Güven, the producer and screenwriter of “Child Duymasın”, was appointed as the General Director of Cinema of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
With the official appointment made by President Tayyip Erdoğan and published in the Official Gazette, Birol Güven is now responsible for the General Directorate of Cinema. Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Batuhan Mumcu took to social media to congratulate Güven on his new position and express confidence in his ability to contribute significantly to the Turkish cinema industry.
Birol Güven has an impressive track record as a producer, having worked on popular TV series such as “Kaygısızlar”, “Even Even If We Break Up”, and of course, “Child Duymasın”. With over 50 television projects and more than 2000 episodes under his belt, Güven is a well-respected figure in the industry.
This reunion of Tamer Karadağlı and Birol Güven at the ministry marks an exciting new chapter in their respective careers, as they continue to make their mark on the Turkish entertainment industry.
